In capital markets, strong businesses and experienced sponsors struggled to access institutional capital, not because opportunities lacked merit, but because they didn't speak the language of institutional investors or have the right introductions.


After five years of building relationships across Dubai's property market and developing connections with global institutional capital sources, I realized my unique position: a deep understanding of the local market combined with institutional financial knowledge.

With experience in raising capital, investor relations, and leveraging new-media marketing to build trust and visibility,

Having grown his construction business from side work to a main source of income, Chas understands the challenges and opportunities that come with scaling operations. His creative background and Spanish language skills add versatility to his approach when working with diverse clients and market situations.
