The Consultaa Story
I moved to Dubai in 2016 as a structural design engineer after completing my master’s degree in the United Kingdom. That foundation taught me to look beneath the surface of an asset, to understand its structure, risks, and the decisions that ultimately create or protect value.
In 2019, I transitioned into Dubai real estate. Over the years that followed, I worked with buyers, property owners, developers and investors across different segments of the market. I learned that the strongest opportunities were not always the most widely marketed. They were often uncovered through trusted relationships, direct conversations and a clear understanding of what each party was genuinely trying to achieve.
As my network expanded, I became increasingly involved in the capital side of transactions. I saw capable sponsors and asset owners struggling to reach the right investors, while investment groups were searching for opportunities that closely matched their mandates. The challenge was rarely a complete absence of opportunity or capital; it was finding the right fit and bringing the relevant parties together.
I founded Consultaa to bridge that gap.
Today, Consultaa operates as a founder-led origination and introduction platform. We source and qualify off-market real estate opportunities against defined investor mandates and facilitate selected introductions between experienced sponsors, businesses and capital partners. I remain directly involved from the first conversation through preliminary screening, introduction and transaction coordination.
