As an engineer, I recognized a broader opportunity to connect with and serve a larger audience through strategic investments that span Real Estate and Capital Advisory. Driven by a desire to leverage my technical expertise in building design, structural integrity, and development masterplans, I expanded my offerings to helping individual clients leverage finance expertise and strategies. 

This led me to launch "Consultaa" to elevate the property and financial consulting experience in Dubai and globally. Operating independently, I provide a highly personalized service, ensuring every client receives dedicated attention and a seamless journey towards achieving their financial objectives through a combination of property and capital opportunities.

Adam brings a unique blend of entrepreneurial drive, marketing savvy, and network-building skills to his role as Director of Business Development at Consultaa. A seasoned real-estate entrepreneur and “power-networker,” he’s known for cultivating strong relationships and spotting high-value opportunities that translate into growth — whether that means new clients, strategic partnerships, or expanded market reach. With experience in raising capital, investor relations, and leveraging new-media marketing to build trust and visibility,
