"This is a new startup. But I have been in business for over 5 years now. I started my professional career as a Civil Structural Engineer, where I gained knowledge and provided my services in the Construction industry. Working for more than 4yrs as an engineer, I switched to the real estate business, where I have been working as a real estate consultant in Dubai to help clients find their dream homes and investment properties. My focus has always been to provide a smooth and pleasant experience to every client I deal with. I pride myself on calling myself a Property Consultant as my job involves a lot of consulting services rather than just mere brokering".

The Realization
Working as an engineer, I quickly realized there is a much bigger career opportunity for myself in providing consulting services in the real estate industry where I can help and connect with a larger population. This wasn’t possible in the engineering job where the only extent of my job was to design the structure safe for its usage. That hunger for connecting and helping people drove me to real estate, where I could see using my technical knowledge about buildings, structures, civil masterplans, and my interpersonal skills to their maximum.
I work on my own as I believe this way, I can provide more personalized attention to every client I deal with and leave them no reason to have any bad experience in the real estate market in Dubai. And, this is how "Consultaa" was born. A one-man brokerage that is enriching the real estate consulting business in Dubai.
